Can we have separate stalls for absolutely everyone? I don't want to see anyone and I don't want them to see me either regardless of sex.

And while we're hoping for the impossible, can we get stalls where there isn't a gap big enough to fit a grapefruit between the doors? Why do so many people want to watch others use the toilet? I can't imagine any other reason why there is so little privacy in the bathroom.
